Initial Comments:
A Post-Certification follow-up visit was completed on January 30-31, 2024, to determine compliance with the requirements of the 42 CFR Part 483, Subpart I Regulations for Intermediate Care Facilities and to determine the progress made in correcting the deficiencies cited during the certification survey completed on September 14, 2023. The census during the survey was 26. All deficiencies were corrected.
